Book a lesson — Dolphin Swim School

Required by South African law (POPIA § 34–35) when we process a child's personal information.

Parental consent (required). I am the parent or legal guardian of the swimmer named above and consent to Dolphin Swim School processing their personal and medical information for the purpose of lessons. Indemnity waiver (required). I have read and accept the indemnity terms (v2.1) for pool activities. Version and acceptance time are recorded with your booking. Photo consent (optional). Photos including my child may appear in our private, password-protected gallery for other families. I understand I can revoke this consent at any time by emailing info@bluedolphinswim.co.za.
